One-to-One Personal Training
Looking for a personal trainer to help you feel stronger, more in control, and confident in your body? My private personal training sessions are tailored to your fitness level, and lifestyle.
Training takes place in my fully equipped private studio, featuring a Smith machine, cable machine, free weights, kettlebells, TRX bands, battle ropes, slam balls, pull-up bar, and more. Together, we’ll create a personalised program that supports your long-term fitness, strength, and wellbeing—without quick fixes or fad workouts.
Pre and Post Natal Personal Training
Staying active during pregnancy and after birth is key to supporting your body’s strength, mobility, and recovery. As a qualified pre and postnatal personal trainer, I design safe, effective workouts tailored to your changing body throughout each trimester and postpartum.
My pre and postnatal fitness sessions focus on improving core stability, pelvic floor strength, posture, and overall wellbeing—helping you feel strong and confident as your body transforms. With professional guidance, you can move safely and feel reassured that you're taking the best care of yourself and your baby.
Feel Fit & Fabulous Ladies Group Classes
Sometimes, you just need to release stress and regain your power. My high-energy, high-intensity workouts combine strength and cardio training to help you build resilience—physically and mentally. These sessions are designed to challenge your body, boost your endurance, and leave you feeling strong and empowered.
Join me for a high-impact fitness class at my private studio, or my virtual classes. Whether you're looking to burn energy, build strength, or push past limits, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and in control.

Choose a path that feels right for you
One of the biggest questions I hear is, “how much does a personal trainer cost”? The answer varies based on the trainers experience, qualifications, and location. I charge £50 a session when four sessions are booked for a month. If you want a pay-as-you go approach then I charge £60 a session. I want to ensure that I provide options for my clients to ensure they get the best out of their one-to-one training experience.
If you still want to invest in your wellbeing without breaking the bank and you like the idea of a social and fun workout, then my classes are ideal. My ladies only classes are £36 a month, you join one class a week which works out at just £9 a class. A fun and fabulous way to invest in your wellbeing.

Looking for a fun, social, and effective workout? My women’s-only fitness classes combine bootcamp, boxing, and HIIT to keep every session varied, high-energy, and empowering. These small-group sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and enjoy moving your body in a supportive environment.
